Refund policy
All returns must be received back with us within 14 days from the date you completed the purchase.
ITEM NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS
- Items must not have been worn or damaged
- Items must not have make-up and tan stains from wear or try-on
- Items must have all tags and security ribbons attached & untouched
- Items must not have perfume smell or any other smell on it
- For hygienic reasons, socks cannot be returned.
Unfortunately, our returns are not free at the moment, so the return shipping fee will need to be paid by you.
You will receive a confirmation email from us within 72 hours of receiving your return back, letting you know that your return has been received and processed. Please note during busy periods and due to the ongoing affects of COVID-19, return processing times may vary due to limitations within our team and external courier services.
PLEASE NOTE: We understand that our return postage is not free, however we strongly encourage you to insure your package with a tracking code. Please be aware that we cannot take responsibility for any lost or damaged packages which are not shipped with a Signed For label.
